Laser welding, cleaning and cutting machine
Generally, a 1000-3000W fiber continuous laser is configured. Its working principle is to directly irradiate a high-energy-intensity laser beam onto the material surface. Through the interaction between the laser and the material, the material melts internally and then cools and crystallizes to form a weld seam.

1000 watts are suitable for 0.8-1.0 filament,1500 watts for 0.8-1.6 filament,2000-3000 watts for 2.0 filament. The specific selection of welding wire: Depending on the different plates to be welded, we need to use different welding wires (gas-protected solid core welding wire).
The system interface is simple and clean. It comes with multiple welding processes and is suitable for welding lasers of different thicknesses and materials. The water cooler and welding heads are monitored in real time, and abnormal alarms are triggered.
Compared with water-cooled welding machines, its weight is reduced by 50% and its volume is reduced by more than twice. The self-cooling handheld laser welding machine has a volume of only 0.11m.
