1. Repair costs
The specific repair costs are subject to the actual test results of the product. During the warranty period, if it is a non-human performance failure, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge and provide free service. For repairs outside the warranty period, a certain fee will be charged according to the test results. We will send you a quotation after the test.
2. Accessories purchase
You can consult the price and purchase on the website. Affected by the purchase batch, time and supplier factors, the repair accessories may be adjusted. Please consult the technical engineer for confirmation.
3. Service method
The repair service method is divided into online and offline. In the case of not involving installation, relocation, replacement of parts, etc., in order to ensure your production, it is recommended to give priority to online guidance repair.
